Maximum number of concurrent users

This refers to how many users can access the same database at any one time.

Example : 1 User

You can install the application on more than one computer providing that only one user uses the program at any one time. If a second user on another computer tries to open the same database while the 1st user is connected, the 2nd user will be locked out. If the First user closes the database, the 2nd User will now be able to connect. Note that if you install Ezy Invoice 10 on another computer to work on another database, you must purchase an additional user license.

User Permissions

Basic : You can specify User Accounts (User name and passwords) to grant or deny users to the entire database only.

Full : Available in the multi-user license only. In addition to the above, you can grant or deny user permissions to various data forms and reports in the program. You can specify Database and Report permissions as follows :

Database Permissions :

NoAcess	User has no access to the form at all
ReadOnly	User can view but cannot add, edit or delete the data
Add	User can add new records but not edit or delete the record
Edit	User can add & edit but not delete records
Change	User can add, edit & delete records
Full Access	User has full access including options, setup etc

Report Permissions :

NoAcess	User has no access to the report
Preview	User can preview the report on-screen only
Print	User can preview and print out the report
Full	User can do the above and save & export the report to other formats or email the report as a file attachment
