Whats New In This Version

Ezy Invoice 10 is a major upgrade of our earlier product Ezy Invoice 7 and Ezy Invoice 3000. This new version is able to easily open and upgrade the earlier V7 and V3000 database. Below is a list of whats new in Ezy Invoice 10 when compared to our earlier product Ezy Invoice 7.

• Uses a new Database Engine for better performance and stability
• Uses a new Report Engine for better performance and much more flexibility in customizing document layouts and reports
• Able to add new text, image and drawing items as needed to documents and reports
• New Report interface allowing users to add new custom reports or customize and save existing reports.
• Drag & drop functionality in new report and document designer.
• Able to save report layouts to file and import to another database.
• Able to perform text search from within the report and document preview.
• Customer statements layouts now fully customizable.
• Job Sheets layouts now fully customizable.
• Supports multiple layouts for invoices and documents. Eg one layout for print and preview and another for email etc.
• Customer tables now has a "tax registration number" that can be displayed in all documents.
• Now able to add a logo that can be easily applied to all documents and reports.
• Now saves the last used column widths and positions at the document body page.
• Able to add additional columns to the body. Able to add 2 custom fields in the header and footer page respectively.
• Much faster performance when documents contain large number of items.
• Option to align the footer panel (Summary Totals) of documents the bottom of the last page.
• Options to show/hide payment advice on invoices.
• Able to add discount column in Document Body. 
• Now able to apply and track payments to Purchase Orders.
