Whats New In This Version

Ezy Invoice 7 is a major upgrade of our earlier product Ezy Invoice 3000. This new version is able to easily open and upgrade the earlier V3000 database. Below is a list of whats new in Ezy Invoice 7 when compared to our earlier product Ezy Invoice 3000.

• Now support the new Vista operating system
• Able to send emails through SMTP as well as MAPI. Email cover pages can now be sent in rich text with hyperlinks.
• Able to design and customize HTML email cover pages for all documents and to save them to each document
• Able to insert Paypal links to email cover pages for invoices to enable collection of credit card payments over the internet.
• Up to 90% smaller pdf files for documents and reports
• Moved creation of new databases to Shared Documents Folder by default
• Improved Backup and Restore function. Workgroup connection to the restored database is now automatically created.
• Now includes a delivery log to track printing and email of all documents
• Able to set the default for "Use Last Transacted Pricing" for each customer
• New and improved icons and images on forms and controls
• Unit of measure list can now be customized
• Customer/Vendor name field has been increased to 50 characters (from 40)
• Description field in Inventory List now holds up to 230 characters from 50 characters
• Description field in Invoices and documents now holds 250 characters from 230 characters
• Able to add multi-lined text with line breaks in the description column in the invoices and documents. Double click the description column to bring up a a pop-up edit box for this.
• Ship To tel and Fax can now be used and displayed in documents
• Users can now customize the column sizes at the Body page grid. Last used settings are automatically saved.
• When users edit the document serial number counter, users can enable Ezy Invoice to disallow duplicate document numbers. Access this feature from the [Options] button at the document form
• Improved, more user friendly error messages
• Added Demos to help bring users up to speed much faster
